OMNi Compass GPS Selected for Demo at CWID
OMNi selected to be demonstrated at the Joint Forces Command, Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration, 6-16 June 2011, Herndon, VA.
The OMNi will be used throughout the CWID two week exercise to send and receive alerts and messages between DoD, Federal, and local authorities for a variety of first responder action. The device will be used in a variety of scenarios such as simulated: wildfire, terrorist attacks, and bio – chemical attacks. The exercise will demonstrate the full range of capabilities and how the device can be used from land, sea, and aerial platforms.
