Quality Assurance

Compass is currently in the process of establishing a Quality Management System using the proven standards of the ISO 9001:2000 requirements. This process approach allows us to identify areas within the organization which enhance ongoing control of our management system, establish needed procedures, and eliminate any processes that are identified as non-effective. Having a baseline management system in place provides an opportunity to measure effectiveness and continually improve our delivery of products and services to our customers. Establishing the management system allows us to assess current performance using objectives that are acquired from the customer at commencement of the contract. Compass recognizes the need for a complete understanding of customer requirements in order to move toward goals that are performance based.
